Room for Rent in Maisonette -- Tanthof-West, Delft
750€/month all included (*)
Decision latest by end of December 12. One month deposit required within one week of my response if you are selected. Viewing of apartment only available January 24, 2022 onwards (current owner moves out that day).
In February 2022 I will be moving into my newly purchased maisonette and am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom (9m^2) from Feb 1 2022 until Jul/Aug 2022 (end negotiable).
Your bedroom will be furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair. You will be sharing the whole fully-furnished two-storey apartment with myself only. The 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom are on level 2, the kitchen and living on level 3.
This lovely maisonette is located in a quiet area only 4 minutes by bike from Jumbo, 15 minutes from the TU Delft campus, and 9 minutes from the De Hoven shopping complex. Public transport is literally a few steps away as well.
You share a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living area and a washer/dryer/freezer in the laundry / storage room. There’s a storage room for your bike on the ground floor.
I am a 1st year Aerospace BSc student at TU Delft and am looking for someone that has preferably about the same habits and interests as I do:

A little more about myself:
I’m Belgian-Hongkongese but grew up in Vancouver, Canada. I speak a few languages but Dutch is not one of them (yet). If I’m not at home studying, at X playing futsal, or eating, you’ll probably find me hiking in Canada’s beautiful wilderness. I consider myself tidy. Although I am studious, I enjoy spending time off with friends. If the following picture doesn’t summarize who I am, then I don’t know what does:
