Hi there, I am subletting my wonderful room as I am gonna go abroad to finish my masters.
You will live in a shared apartment with three other kind roommates (German, Italian, Spanish). The room will be fully furnished (see pictures). Maybe I will take one or two things but the essential stuff will definitely stay in the room.
The living room is the common area and we like to meet there, talk or watch a movie from time to time. Apart of that, the apartment has a balcony with a BBQ.
The furniture will stay, afterwards you could stay at the flat but you would have to buy new furniture.
It is allocated on Delfgauwseweg, 5 min biking to the TU and 10 min biking to the centre.
